1.0 room starts at 500 chf+
2.5 room starts at 600 chf+
3.5 room starts at 700 chf+
4.5 room starts at 800 chf+
5.5 room starts at 1000 chf+

Extras charges are applied for garage, horizontal metal blinds, washer and dryer, celler, sun rooms, etc: 50 chf each.

ex: 2.5 room base price 600 chf plus (if) metal blinds add 50chf for a total of 650 chf
ex: 3.5 room base price 700 chf but flat has washer and drier inside the unit add 50 chf extra for a total of 750chf
ex: 4.5 room base price 800 but flat has metal blinds and washer and dryer add 100 chf total 900 chf

vat not included (8%)

Prices include garantee and presence at handover during the same time of cleaning.

Cleaning start at 9:00 all inspections should be booked on the same date of the cleaning after 3 30 pm

If Inpection is on a different date than the cleaning an extra charge of 50 chf for transportation will be incurred.
